🎥 Video: Coming soon — Backlog workflows
What Backlog Is For
Use Backlog to store:- Tasks you don’t want to work on today
- Ideas, reminders, or responsibilities you want to revisit later
- Goals you’ve acknowledged but intentionally postponed
Actions You Can Take
Move a Task from Today → Backlog
If you realize you won’t be able to complete a task today:- Open the goal options in the Today list
- Click Move to Backlog
- The task is moved instantly—in one click
Move a Task from Backlog → Today
When a backlog item becomes important or actionable:- Go to the Backlog tab
- Open the task options
- Click Move to Today
- The task appears in today’s task list immediately
Tags & Backlog
At the moment:- Tags cannot be added to backlog items
This is a planned feature and will be available in a future update.
Deleting Backlog Items
Deletion Is Permanent
Deleting a backlog item is irreversible. Once deleted, the task cannot be recovered.
Why Backlog Exists
- Keeps your Today list clean and realistic
- Helps you avoid decision fatigue
- Encourages intentional planning instead of guilt-driven task carryover
- Separates “not today” from “forgotten”
